Grace Theios offers you opportunities to participate in a variety of activities designed to help you learn new skills and become more independent in your community. We will meet with you and your support team to develop an Individualized Support Plan to assist you in accomplishing your goals. We offer services to assist you in your home or in your community. Our services are available in a one-on-one setting with a staff member.

These programs are designed to aid with increasing independence in a variety of settings. We provide you with the opportunity to explore and become an active member of your community and to learn independent living skills necessary for success. A key part of our services is assisting you in learning how to make informed choices and how to advocate for yourself.


We offer a variety of services that include  ISL, community integration, home respite, personal care assistance, and home skill development. We also provide child care services through our Youngsters division and senior care services through our Generations division.

    • This division supports individuals under the Department of Mental Health. .

    • This division supports individuals under the Department of Health and Senior Services.

  • Youngsters

    • This division supports children that may or may not have assistance from the state.

  • Providers

    • This division supports all individuals that don't need financial support from the State. That includes seniors, children, and mentally disabled individuals.
